Concerned with the differences and engaged on the 㐪࠸࡟Ẽࢆ㓄ࡾࠊ࣐࢖ࣀࣜࢸ࢕࣮ࡢໟྵ࡟ᑐࡍࡿ social commitment to include this minority, Fundação ♫఍ⓗ⣙᮰࡟஌ࡾฟࡋࡓࢧࣥࣃ࣭࣮࢘ࣟࣟࢱ࣮ࣜ de Rotarianos de São Paulo created, in 1977, the Centro ㈈ᅋࡣࠊ1977ᖺࠊపᡤᚓᐙᗞࡢ⫏။ඣ❺ࡢࡳ࡟ᑐ de Educação para Surdos Rio Branco, an institution ᛂࡍࡿࡇ࡜࡟ᑓᛕࡍࡿᶵ㛵ࠊCentro de Educação para exclusively dedicated to the deaf cause, supporting children Surdos Rio Branco ࢆタ❧ࡋࡲࡋࡓࠋ from impoverished families. ⤯ᑐⓗ࡟⪥ࡢ⪺ࡇ࠼ࡿே࡛༨ࡵࡽࢀࡓ♫఍࡟⫏ With a carefully prepared project to insert and socialize ။⪅ࢆཧຍࡉࡏࠊ㐺ᛂࡉࡏࡿࡓࡵࠊὀព῝ࡃసᡂ deaf children into a predominantly hearing society, the ࡉࢀࡓィ⏬࡜࡜ࡶ࡟ࠊ࣭ࣜ࢜ࣈࣛࣥࢥࢁ࠺Ꮫᰯ Centro de Educação para Surdos Rio Branco is dedicated ࡣࠊࡇࢀࡽࡢ࣐࢖ࣀࣜࢸ࢕ࡢᇶ♏ⓗᩍ⫱࡟ᑾຊ to develop such children since their early years of life, ࡋࠊ♫఍࡬ࡢ᏶඲ཧຍࢆ┠ⓗ࡟ࠊࡇࢀࡽࡢᏊ౪ࡓ working towards providing basic learning to such minority ࡕࡢ⏕ࡲࢀ࡚ࡍࡄ࠿ࡽࡢⓎ㐩࡟㈉⊩ࡋࡲࡍࠋ aiming to fully integrate them into the society. ᇶ♏ᩍ⫱ࡢ5ᖺ⏕ࡲ࡛ࡣࠊࣈࣛࢪࣝᡭヰ㸦Libras㸧ࡢ Up to the 5th year of Elementary School, advanced ౑⏝ࢆ୺࡞ᰕࡢ1ࡘ࡜ࡋ࡚ࠊ⏕ᚐࠊᩍᖌࠊ༠ຊ⪅࡜ pedagogic and technical resources are used counting with ⏕ᚐࡢᐙ᪘ࡀ୍య࡜࡞ࡗ࡚ࠊᩍ⫱ⓗࣜࢯ࣮ࢫ࡜㐍 the Brazilian Language of Signs – Libras – as one of its ࢇࡔᢏ⾡ࡀ౑ࢃࢀ࡚࠸ࡲࡍࠋ main axis, thus integrating students, teachers, collaborators 6ᖺ⏕࠿ࡽࡣࠊ⫏။⏕ᚐࡢཷࡅධࢀࢆࡋ࡚࠸ࡿࣜ and family itself. ࣭࢜ࣈࣛࣥࢥᰯࡸᥦᦠᰯ࡜ࡢ㐃ᦠ࡟ࡼࡿᏛ⩦⥅⥆ After the 6th year, the School Continuity Program, a ࣉࣟࢢ࣒ࣛ࡟ࡼࡾࠊ⫏။ࡢ⏕ᚐࡣ⪥ࡢ⪺ࡇ࠼ࡿᏊ 29 partnership with the Colégio Rio Branco and associate ౪࡜୍⥴࡟ᬑ㏻Ꮫ⣭࡟ධࢀࡽࢀࡲࡍࠋࢡࣛࢫ࡬ࡢ school, deaf students are included into regular classes with ࣈࣛࢪࣝᡭヰࡢ㏻ヂࡢᏑᅾࢆྵࡵࠊ⫏။ඣ❺ࡢࣇ ᡂࡋࡲࡍࠋ⪥ࡢ⪺ࡇ࠼࡞࠸⏕ᚐࡣࠊ࣭ࣜ࢜ࣈࣛࣥ FUNDAÇÃO DE ROTARIANOS DE SÃO PAULO hearing students, enabling social insertion of those children. ࢛࣮ࣟࡀࡇࡢࣉࣟࢢ࣒ࣛࡢ୍㒊࡟࡞ࡗ࡚࠸ࡲࡍࠋ This program includes follow-up of the students, with the presence of Libras interpreters in the classrooms. ࡉࡽ࡟ࠊ⫏။⪅࡛࠶ࡿ࣐࢖ࣀࣜࢸ࢕࡟ὀ┠ࡋࡓά ືࡣࠊ⫏။ࡢ⏕ᚐࡢཷࡅධࢀ࡜࡜ࡶ࡟࣭ࣜ࢜ࣈࣛ Still watchful of the deaf minority, the work is completed ࣥࢥ⥲ྜ኱Ꮫ࠾ࡼࡧ࣭ࣜ࢜ࣈࣛࣥࢥᑓ㛛Ꮫᰯ࡛᏶ in the Faculdades Integradas Rio Branco and in the Centro Profissionalizante Rio Branco with entrance of deaf students ࢥࢁ࠺Ꮫᰯ࡟ࡼࡾᐇ᪋ࡉࢀࡓ⤒㦂ࢆᇶ࡟Libras㸦ࣈ who receive, free of charge, the service of Libras interpreters ࣛࢪࣝᡭヰ㸧ࡢ㏻ヂࢧ࣮ࣅࢫࢆཷࡅࡲࡍࠋ after the experiences developed by the Centro de Educação para Surdos Rio Branco. ࢡࣛࢫእ࡟ࡲ࡛ᣑࡆࡽࢀࡓάື࡟ࡼࡾࠊ࣭ࣜ࢜ࣈ ࣛࣥࢥࢁ࠺Ꮫᰯࡣ⫏။⪅ࡢ࢔࢖ࢹࣥࢸ࢕ࢸ࢕ᙧᡂ With a work that reaches beyond the classroom, the Centro ࡟ᙉࡃᙳ㡪ࡋ࡚࠸ࡲࡍࠋࡇࡢࡼ࠺࡞ࢥ࣑ࣗࢽࢸ࢕ de Educação para Surdos Rio Branco works strongly towards ࡛㔜せ࡞ᙺ๭ࢆᯝࡓࡋࠊ⫏။⪅࡟ᑐࡍࡿែᗘ࡜⾜ building the deaf identity. It plays an important role in that ືࢆᣦᑟࡋࠊ⫏။⪅࡟ᑐࡍࡿᩍ⫱ศ㔝࡟࡜ࡗ࡚ࡢ community and is acknowledged as a reference center for ཧ↷ࡢ୰ᚰ࡜ࡋ࡚ㄆࡵࡽࢀ࡚࠸ࡲࡍࠋ the area of education for the deaf, orienting positioning and behaviors for that community.
