4th group of the Professional Learning Program for Deaf and Physically Impaired People The graduation of the 4th group of the Professional Learning Program for Deaf and Physically Impaired People was a moment of great joy for those graduating, celebrated by the president of the Fundação de Rotarianos de São Paulo, Eduardo de Barros Pimentel, for it represented the victory of determination, tenacity and confi dence. Officials from SRTE/SP (São Paulo Department of Labor and Employment), Selur (Union of Urban Cleaning Companies in SP State) and Granja Vianna Community Council, the Fundação de Rotarianos de São Paulo honored the ceremony. The class patron Susana Penteado, director of Cepro, highlighted the importance of developing potentials to achieve a skilled position in the job market. Tributes during graduation ceremony touched everyone Courses on Fiscal Records and Personnel Department In a ceremony held at the auditorium of Sescon-SP (São Paulo State Union for the Accounting Services Companies and Advisory and Research Companies), Cepro students received their certifi cates of the Fiscal Records and Personnel Department courses. The partnership enables the education of students on Fiscal Records and Personnel Department, complementing the previous training offered by Cepro. The project, which is part of the program Solidary SESCON, ensures to those graduating the placement of their resume in the talent bank of the entity, as an additional service Cepro graduating group, together with FRSP and Sescon professionals for exposure in the market. LECTURES Danisco Cepro welcomed employees of Danisco Brazil, who delivered lectures for students of the Professional Learning Program for Deaf and Physically Impaired People. The goal of the event was to bring into the classroom the experience of those who work in the organizational world, focusing on themes related to the various divisions of a company and to the job market. The internet and its risks were analyzed by Marcelo Coutinho Calheiros, who works at Demand and Planning division. The 5’s Quality Program, was addressed by Mariana Graça from the Quality, Health and Environment division, followed by Ana Paula Souza and Péricles Caetano, from the Human Resources division, who talked about the achievement of the fi rst job.
