Colégio Rio BRanCo DIGITAL CAMPAIGN As part of its Social Responsibility Project, as of 2010, the Colégio Rio Branco became in charge of the “Digital Campaign”. Designed for the capacity-building of teachers from public schools, and focused on the pedagogic use of the Internet, the project requires more thorough research on internet resources, especially Web 2.0, which focuses on activities of cooperation among users. With the commitment of new volunteers, members of the entities maintained by the Fundação de Rotarianos de São Paulo, the Project was expanded and promoted the increase in the number of participant schools, whose teachers were incorporated to the School’s distance learning environment, to complement the practical aspect of works. More volunteers participated in the project in 2010. ELECTIONS Are void votes counted? Can blanks votes favor a candidate’s campaign? How can we prevent unethical candidates from running in public election?
