Feira Internacional de Tecnologia em Reabilitação, Inclusão e Acessibilidade – Reatech (10th International Fair on Solutions for Accessibility, Inclusion and Autonomy) and the Fórum Lei de Cotas e Trabalho para a Pessoa com Deficiência (Forum on the Affirmative Action Law and on Work for Disabled People), held at the Fair, the 24° Fórum Serasa Experian de Empregabilidade de Pessoas com Deficiência (24th Serasa Experian Forum on Employability of Disabled People), the 2° Congresso do Instituto da Oportunidade Social (IOS) de Inclusão de Pessoas com Deficiência e Jovens no Mercado de Trabalho (2nd Conference of the Social Opportunity Institute for Inclusion of Disabled People and Youngsters in the Job Market), the meeting on “A Lei de Quotas e a Inclusão de Trabalhadores com Deficiência nas Atividades de Limpeza Urbana” (The Affirmative Action Law and Inclusion of Workers with Disabilities in Urban Cleaning Activities), promoted by Selur, in addition to release of the book “Construindo a inclusão da pessoa com deficiência no trabalho” (Building the inclusion of Disabled People in the workplace) by José Carlos do Carmos - served as opportunities to show Cepro’s social work and for significant exchanges to contribute with its improvement. Visits Several benchmarking visits were made, as part of the Pestalozzi de Osasco (Osasco Pestalozzi Association), Senai Ítalo implementation of the Shared Strategic Plan, to several institutions Bolonha (Italo Bolonha Senai), in Itu, and the companies Solar Ear, and companies that somehow are involved in this cause, such as Astrazeneca, Essencis Soluções Ambientais and Serasa Experian, the Associação para Valorização de Pessoas com Deficiência – seeking to identify manners of improving assistance to future Avape (Association for Valuing Disabled People), the Associação apprentices with some kind of disability. ENTRA 21 PROGRAM In Panama City, Cepro’s director, Susana Penteado, participated in the meeting that marked 10 years of Entra 21, project created by the International Youth Foundation (IYF), which finances employment training initiatives focused on low income youth, globally. The meeting counted with the presence of representatives from professional training institutions in several Latin American and Caribbean countries, with the purpose of evaluating the results of the partnership with IYF. For Cepro, this partnership has represented great support in the training of over 400 youngsters from the Cotia region in the Information and Communication Technology area.
