Annual Report 2011 TALENTS Rotary Youth Leadership Awards - Ryla Forty students from the Centro Profissionalizante Rio Branco (Cepro) participated in the seminar of the Prêmio Rotário de Liderança Juvenil – Ryla (Rotary Youth Leadership Awards), held in Campos do Jordão (SP), sponsored by the Fundação de Rotarianos de São Paulo and coordinated Rotary Club de São Paulo. These youngsters showed great potential that needs to be stimulated and developed, and were selected to participate in the seminar according to their performance in Cepro’s activities and in the companies in which they work; during three days, the apprentices received information on themes related to health, professional life, new communication and information technologies and environmental preservation. Cepro’s students participated in activities and lectures that stimulate leadership DEAFNESS AND ACCESSIBILITY WORKSHOPS Deafness and Accessibility Workshops held by Cepro, jointly deaf instructor and an interpreter, representing an opportunity with the Centro de Educação para Surdos Rio Branco had the for professionals and managers to be trained in dealing with goal to broaden companies’ knowledge on the reality faced deaf people, by understanding deaf culture and learning basic by deaf people.
