One of the most traditional private schools in São Paulo, the Colégio Rio Branco forms individuals prepared to work as society transformation agents.
The school is part of Unesco's PEA – Associated Schools Program, which qualifies it to share educational practices with institutions from all parts of the world, by means of innovative projects in the areas of science and culture, aimed to promote peace.
Reference in education, the Colégio Rio Branco prioritizes competence, ethics and solidarity. Its pedagogic proposal is based on a dynamic educational conception, which encompasses learning as a continuous construction and has its work guided by respect to the child's and teenager's characteristics in order to receive and educate them according to their unique features.
Installed in two units in São Paulo city, one of them counting with more than 15,000 m² of constructed area and another one with a total area of 80,000 m², from with 23,000 m² are constructed, the Colégio Rio Branco currently shelters near 4,000 students aged from 3 to 17 years, in all the educational cycles, preparing them for life in society and for a world under continuously change, which requires development of competences and skills at the knowledge and behavior spheres.
