Annual Report 2011 RELATIONSHIP With the intention of reporting on the work carried out by Cepro, discussing the value and the significance of the Apprenticeship Act or Apprentice Act, and sharing values and experience with the community, director Susana Penteado and the Cepro team participated in several events. Private Sector Institutions representing the private and third sectors – such as the Grupo Executivo de Recursos Humanos, Inserção e Responsabilidade Social – Gerhirs (Human Resources, Insertion and Social Responsibility Executive Group), from the Centro de Indústrias do Estado de São Paulo – Ciesp (Center of Industries of São Paulo), in Cotia, Sebrae, through its Business Circuit, the Associação Brasileira da Indústria Gráfica - Abigraf (Brazilian Association of Graphic Industry), the Federação Brasileira de Associações Socioeducativas de Adolescentes – Febraeda (Brazilian Federation of Teenage Social-Educational Associations) and Rotary Ensino Profissionalizante (Rotary Professional Education) were visited by Cepro, who shared information on professional training programs and the laws related thereto, from the point of view of apprentices, hiring companies and certifying institutions such as Cepro. Susana Penteado, Cepro’s director Manaus and São Manuel Rotary Club The presidents of the Manaus Rotary Club, Bento Bonfim and his wife, and of the Rotary Club São Manuel, Eduardo de Meira Coelho, visited the Centro Profissionalizante Rio Branco (Cepro) with the purpose of getting to know its facilities and its programs, given the projects that those two clubs intended to carry out in the field of professional training. Cepro’s work has served as inspiration and information source for institutions that wish to expand their activities in behavioral education of teenagers and apply the Apprentice Act. Cepro presented its work to visitors “2011 Citizens Christmas” Coordinated by the Movimento Granja Viana (Granja Vianna Movement), the Associação dos Arquitetos, Engenheiros, e Técnicos de Cotia – Aetec (Association of Architects, Engineers and Technicians of Cotia) , the Rotary Clubs of Cotia, Granja Viana, Granja Viana Empresarial (Corporate Granja Vianna) and Carapicuíba, Cepro was also present at this event, to show its appreciation for its partners of the region of Cotia. 86
