Rio Branco Institutions Cepro’s teachers and students attended several events promoted by the Rio Branco institutions, such as June Festivities, Book Fair and Children’s Day, held at the Colégio Rio Branco, informing people on the professional training programs and showing the talent of Cepro’s Group of Young Actors and Poets. Cepro’s students participated in several events Governmental Sector In the government sector, Cepro attended several seminars, forums and meetings organized by the Superintendência e da Gerência Regional do Trabalho e Emprego - SRTE/SP (Regional Labor and Work Bureau and Superintendence) in Osasco, by the Fórum Paulista da Aprendizagem Profissional – FOPAP (São Paulo Forum of Professional Learning), promoted by SRTE/SP, by the Conselho Municipal dos Direitos da Criança e do Adolescente, de Carapicuíba (City Council for Children and Teenage Rights of Carapicuíba), and by the Secretaria Municipal de Desenvolvimento Econômico e do Trabalho (City Secretariat of Economic Development and Labor), debating society’s mobilization regarding insertion of apprentices in the job market. Cepro’s team participated in the Curso de Arcos Ocupacionais - Serviços Bancários (Occupational Arches - Banking Services course) given by the Labor and Work Ministry, through the Secretaria de Políticas Públicas de Emprego – SPPE Cepro’s representatives and apprentices with Ronald Freixeda (Secretariat of Public Employment Policies); the course is the result of Technical Cooperation with the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro – UFRJ (Federal University of Rio de Janeiro) and its purpose is to capacitate professional learning institutions in apprentice training for jobs in the banking sector. “Team Formation” Cepro was present at the meeting that discussed the importance of teamwork and resulted in partnerships with several companies, promoted by ConstRHuir Group, coordinated by the São Sindicato do Comércio Varejista de Material de Construção, Maquinismo, Ferragens, Tintas, Louças e Vidros da Grande São Paulo - Sincomavi (São Paulo Union of Construction Material, Machinery, Hardware, Paint, Porcelain and Glass Retailers). 87
