PLANNING Directors, counselors and managers gathered at the meeting MISSION AND VISION MEETING Integration and sharing marked the 10th Meeting Mission and Vision of Fundação de Rotarianos de São Paulo, which gathered directors, counselors and managers of the Rio Branco institutions in April. Held in the Rotary Building hall in the Higienópolis Unit, the meeting promoted exchange of information about the works developed by the maintained entities in 2012. At the occasion, Eduardo de Barros Pimentel, President of Fundação de Rotarianos de São Paulo, highlighted the importance of the meeting for the dissemination of information about the work carried out by the Rio Branco institutions. According to him, the team work with knowledge and involvement by everyone, contributed to better results. Marco Rossi, superintendent of the Fundação, spoke about the Corporate Governance, highlighting its concepts and application in the institution. He presented his objectives and universal principles, which are Transparence, Equity, Accounting and Corporate Responsibility, highlighting that the good corporate governance is a journey, not a destination. The superintendent of the Fundação, Marco Rossi, the principal of Colégio Rio Branco, Esther Carvalho, the general director of Faculdades Integradas Rio Branco, Edman Altheman, the coordinator of Ensino a Distância Rio Branco, Wagner Tadeu Mendes, the director of Centro Profissionalizante Rio Branco, Susana Penteado, and the director of Centro de Educação para Surdos Rio Branco, Sabine Vergamini, presented the activities of their respective maintained entities, spoke about the future 10th thus interacting with the participants.vision and presented the retrospective in a video.
