MEETING TO CELEBRATE THE DEAF DAY 100 Annual Report 2014 The Deaf Day was celebrated twice this year by CES - Rio Branco Educational Center for the Deaf, with a special program. The 15th edition of the event was held in Granja Vianna Unit, and in Higienópolis for the first time.
