LEARNING, ASSESSMENT AND RESULTS COLÉGIO RIO BRANCO HAS INNOVATED BY STUDENTS PASSED THE CREATING THE LEARNING, ASSESSMENT AND UNIVERSITY ENTRANCE RESULTS EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANCY EXAMS 2014 Action consolidates and enhances the work already 200 students of Colégio developed in high school focusing on important Rio Branco suceeded in the university entrance exams and Enem. main university entrance Colégio Rio Branco is always looking for the best practices exams in the country. and pedagogical actions, and based on that has introduced a novelty for 2014. It was created the Learning, Assessment and Results Educational Consultancy focused on classes from the 9th grade of Elementary School, but mainly for classes of the 3rd grade of High School. Under the leadership of Ana Paula Camargo, the new area is responsible for enhancing, among other processes, those ones that involve students’ learning and academic performance in 40 Annual Report 2014 tests such as university entrance exams and Enem (National Examination of High School). In addition, the Educational Consultancy should increase support to students who wish to study overseas, providing specific guidelines on short-term exchange programs for academic experience and projects that focus on global training. Every year, several Colégio Rio Branco students are approved in the main university entrance exams (vestibular) in Brazil, such as USP, Unesp, Unicamp, among other important institutions. The school develops over High School, especially in the 3rd grade, several activities and programs that are designed to prepare students to face the challenges of the entrance exams, such as test preparation, follow-up classes, lectures and the Review Program, that covers the class content already taught in a dynamic and unique way. PRÉ-VEST RIO BRANCO - AN ENTRANCE EXAM PREPARATORY COURSE The program gives support to students in their studies and prepares them to take the main entrance exams. In 2014, the Colégio Rio Branco started the Pré-Vest Rio Branco, the new exclusive preparation program for the universities entrance exams. In partnership with Intergraus, one of the best preparatory course in São Paulo, Pré-Vest Rio Branco also aims to prepare them for the Enem (National Examination of High School). The classes are designed to provide a content review in order to help the students to manage their time to study and give them support for the academic activities. The course also provides general and specific universities prep tests, as well as lectures on university entrance exams and careers.
