PRELIMINARY TRAINING MODELS PRESENT EXCELLENT RESULTS 82 Annual Report 2014 To meet the demands of the partner companies, in 2014, the Centro Profissionalizante Rio Branco (Cepro) created Intensive Classes of the Professional Learning Program. The first classes graduated and 90% of the students from the Granja Vianna Unit were hired by partner companies. With the good resul t s in employability obtained in the first semester, the number of intensive classes was expanded, with the expectation of increasing by more than 50% the number of young adults trained by Cepro.
