LEARNING AND TRAINING FOR THE LABOR WORLD Students from the Professional Learning Program Young adults performed well in the categories related to behavior, attitudes, knowledge and skills. Annual Report 2014 83 future apprentices undergo 400 hours of class to develop life skills, administrative and service concepts, computer skills and improve Portuguese and Mathematics skills for the working world. The work in Intensive Classes is 200 hours, covering the same modules. In both models, young adults have performed well in categories related to behavior, attitudes, knowledge and skills. In the Concomitant Theoretical Training and in the partnering companies, the success rate of the young met the companies’ expectations according to the monitoring conducted by Cepro with apprentices and the companies.
