STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT STRATEGIC PLANNING Strategic sharing meetings among the institution leaders. In 2014, Fundação de Rotarianos de São Paulo gathered counselors, committee members, directors, managers and employees to the Strategic Planning elaboration, a reflection moment on the institution’s activities. The Shared Strategic Planning began in 2001 and since then it is constantly evolving, and came to be a primary tool for alignment of teams towards the same goal. In regular meetings, the opening was conducted by the Board of Directors president, Nahid Chicani, who highlighted the satisfaction of seeing professionals from all the maintained entities working as a team, so actions can be better driven to maintain Rio Branco institutions on track. The Foundation superintendent, 16 Annual Report 2014 Directors, managers and coordinators from FRSP and maintained entities Marco Rossi, presented the strategic line that was based on the working meetings results, which also includes the analysis of the internal and external environments, among other used tools. Edman Altheman, Faculdades Integradas Rio Branco General Director, Esther Carvalho, Colégio Rio Branco General Principal, Wagner Tadeu Mendes, Rio Branco Distance Learning coordinator, Sabine Vergamini, Centro de Educação para Surdos Rio Branco Director, and Susana Penteado, Centro Profissionalizante Rio Branco Director, presented the challenges and improvement opportunities of their maintained entities, as well as the progress that each of them has made in order to achieve the strategic objectives. The Shared Strategic Planning began in 2001 and since then it is constantly evolving.
