NEW PARTNERSHIPS CEPRO ESTABLISHES NEW PARTNERSHIPS WITH COMPANIES During 2014, Cepro established important partnerships with companies offering more opportunities to young adults. To increase the opportunities to integrate young adults into the labor market, the Centro Profissionalizante Rio Branco established important partnerships in 2014. With these partnerships, the young adults from the Professional Learning Program are included in the labor market through the Apprentice Law. There were a significant number of partnerships established in 2014, achieving an increase around 50% higher of new partner companies. TECHNOLOGY APPLIED TO WORK APPRENTICES HAVE A NEW TECHNOLOGY LAB APPLIED TO WORK Young adults who are already working in companies can expand their knowledge on job-oriented technologies. The Centro Profissionalizante Rio Branco has taken the apprentices to see the new Laboratory of Technology Applied to Work. Young adults that are already working in companies can 84 Annual Report 2014 expand their knowledge in job-oriented technologies once it can make easier the activities related to administrative functions. In theoretical activities, specific tools that will help an Administrative Students in the new Laboratory of Technology Applied to Work As s i s t ant in his tasks are closely studied. In the module of Administrative Techniques, the laboratory will be used as support for cur r icular components developed through projects. Therefore apprentices have the opportunity to learn how to elaborate a research form, tab, graphics and reports; to manage processes with flowchart, organization chart, timetable, collection spreadsheets, reports; basic knowledge of purchasing process, with register of suppliers, quotations and budgets; learn the basics on sales and HR procedures (payroll routines, contract termination, etc.)
