RYLA is a training that emphasizes leadership, citizenship, and personal growth. Cepro students with educators and speaker during the meeting Annual Report 2014 85 YOUNG LEADERSHIP STUDENTS PARTICIPATED IN THE RYLA PROJECT About 50 young adults from Centro Profissionalizante Rio Branco participated in the RYLA Project (Rotary Youth Leadership Award), held at the Instituto Mairiporã Thomaz Cruz. The project is an initiative of the Rotary Club de São Paulo - District 4610. RYLA participants were those who stood out in Cepro during the Professional Learning Program, especially regarding the aspects of potential leadership and creativity. After the official opening ceremony, graced by the presence of RCSP president, Carlos Alberto Pereira Goulart, the youngsters attended lectures on Business Incubator with Vadson Bastos do Carmo, from SEBRAE - SP; on “Ethics and Relationship”, with Cristina Fonseca Monteiro; on “ Management Excellence: our cause for a better world”, with Jairo Martins da Silva, Fundação Nacional da Qualidade superintendent; on “Entrepreneurship”, with Lívio Antonio Giosa; on “Rotaract and Interact Clubs - Rotary Youth Clubs”, with Márcio Arroyo; and a lecture on “Leadership - The Secret of Great Minds” with Walter Kaltenbach, from Master Mind Training.
